When you submit the intake form, we receive the following:
We do not collect payment information through the intake form. We do not run analytics or tracking scripts on this page.
All information gathered is stored securely within the organisation and is accessible only to the auditor assigned to your engagement. You can download a copy of your own responses at any time using the button on the confirmation screen. No data passes through any third-party analytics or advertising platform.
Your information is used for one purpose: producing your audit report.
Nothing is repurposed for marketing, benchmarking databases, or any other secondary use without your explicit agreement.
Your submission is seen only by the auditor working on your engagement. We do not share your data with third parties for any commercial purpose. We do not sell it. We do not pass it to data brokers or analytics platforms.
AI tools assist our internal workflow in two specific ways:
In both cases, all identifiable information is removed before it enters the workflow. The AI assistance operates on spend figures, workflow descriptions, sector, and stage only. Your name, company name, email, and job title are replaced with neutral placeholders and are never passed through. Your engagement data is not used to train any AI model. If you have compliance requirements that restrict AI-assisted processing of financial data, please raise this on the diagnostic call before submitting the form.
All submission data is stored securely within the organisation. We do not operate a public-facing database for client submissions. The report is delivered as an HTML file via email attachment.
If you have specific security or compliance requirements, please mention them on the diagnostic call. We will confirm the engagement workflow is compatible before proceeding.
You can request a copy of everything we hold about your engagement at any time.
If any information we hold is inaccurate, we will correct it on request.
You can ask us to delete your data at any time. We will confirm within 5 working days.
You can download or request a copy of your intake responses as a CSV at any point during the engagement. Use the button on the confirmation screen or email us directly.
